Mario Characters Preparing For Sports with Kettlebell Exercises

By Rob Sutter

When Mario isn't going around helping princesses or thwarting the devious plans of the villainous Bowser, it seems like he is perfectly happy with taking part in sports with his friends. Those who have played the spinoff games like "Mario Tennis" know that he can be astonishingly athletic and knowledgeable in terms of sports and the rules that come with them. Of course, you better believe that they are going to prepare for game time. In this regard, I don't think anything fits the bill better than kettlebell exercises.

If you were to inquire of me why such games as "Mario Tennis" or "Mario Golf" exist, I couldn't really give you a straight response. It seems like it's a usual trait that video game companies take on when they have characters that are widely prominent. It's a given that they are to be used further and not strictly in the realm of journeys, as one may assume off of the bat. Rather, they get to show their athletic points and become competitive when they are on whatever field they choose.

It's important that in order for these people to get into sports shape, warm-up regimens exist in order to help matters come into fruition. While I don't suggest weight training off of the bat, simple sit-ups or even just stretching out can help the body limber up prior to a more intense workout. No one wants to pull a muscle because of a poor warm-up and being able to keep this in mind can help you play effective sports that much sooner.

It's clear that Mario and his group of comrades are going to want to be at the utmost shape possible and I believe kettlebell exercises will help them get to such a point. Being able to utilize these unique weights is something that can assist the body, probably more than what most people would think. They are quite versatile, so anyone from the overly powerful Bowser to the royally graceful Princess Peach could incorporate them into their own schedules. As you can tell, fitness authorities on the matter, Lorna included, have paid close attention.

So it seems like the mustachioed plumber and his group of friends is ready to take to the plain and play. They are going to have to be powerful in order to earn success for either of their teams and it seems like they make something like tennis seem like a matter of warfare. As a result, you can presume that there is going to be a collective group of characters, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. It's up to them to work around the latter and come away successful.
