By Esther Sangiovanni.

I would like to share valuable information regarding one of the most known skin diseases by many people: dermatitis.

Dermatitis is an inflammation of the skin caused by bacteria, fungi or an unknown substance that can induce to an allergic reaction.

The disease is known as "eczema," which damages the protective layer of skin. The first thing to do is to identify how that inflammation occurred, in order to find an appropriate treatment.

Indeed, there are many types of dermatitis, but the most usual one is atopic dermatitis, which also inflame the skin and causes itching. This affects the insides of elbows, knees, face, and some others. This disease can be detected during childhood. People with asthma is willing to have the disease. Do not be panic, it is not a contagious disease.

Some of the symptoms include dry skin, itching, cracks behind ears, rash on the cheeks and arms.

Here are my recommendations. You must establish a routine for your skin care and consult a dermatologist to treat it properly. Follow their instructions so not to have permanent skin damage.

As this is a disease caused by stress, try to find alternative techniques to manage anxiety and maintain a balanced lifestyle. Your life is valuable.

Consult to a dermatologist if you have symptoms like this. Don't use a skin care product as a shortcut to treat a disease without first discussing it with a professional.

Be careful what you put on skin. It is possibly an allergic reaction against a substance or something in the environment. If you experience rash on your skin, avoid scratching to restrain infection of irritated skin areas. When itching comes up, the use of oatmeal baths or natural skin lotions can be relieved.

If you want to reduce irritation, moisture your skin every day to maintain it hydrated. This will reduce itchiness caused by dermatitis. It is also advisable to drink plenty of water and stay away from alcohol-based skin care products.

Do not be afraid! it is natural and most importantly, everything has a good solution.

Best of success!
