How to Lose Weight - Weight Loss Basics

For many losing weight is the hardest thing in the world for them to try, much less actually do it! Why? Because it's hard to do, in fact it's almost impossible for many. This is why we've seen so many people go under the knife to receive such things as lap band surgery and the like which forces them to lose weight, but makes them feel miserable as they do so. They are assailed with many side effects from the surgery such as non-stop diarrhea, vomiting jags, and having to eat the same meals over and over again, once they find the "right" food that won't make them feel sick. Yes, they lose weight, it's forced portion control, thus it seems to literally melt off them easily. Many of them, however, find that they regain the weight easily once their bodies acclimate to their surgery, and thus their bodies have been tremendously harmed in the process.

There are indeed surgeons who make a living performing bariatric surgery who also are augmenting their income by "undoing" what they have created, when possible. Often this is dictated in order to save the patient's life!
Now, if forced portion control with bariatric surgery works, and if those bariatric surgery patients have to stay away from fatty foods because it will make them sick if they eat it, then the clue here is that you can do that yourself, and you will lose weight. But, here's the big question, is it worth risking your life by submitting to a bariatric surgery?

Obviously, weight loss basics involve eating less, drinking a lot of water, eating protein for energy and taking natural supplements to maintain health in case we miss some of the vitamins and minerals that are necessary for life. Finally, the last part of the puzzle is exercise. In essence, those are the basics. You can add to that sleeping correctly nightly, and not abusing your body with alcohol, drugs or nicotine.

"To lose weight you simply have to burn more calories than you consume." That saying has been promulgated daily by every weight loss guru around since time memorial. It's so much easier to say than to accomplish, thus naturally thin weight gurus repeat it enough to make every weight-challenged individual want to strike them either through words or possibly physically.

Doing what the weight loss gurus wish is nigh on impossible for some, no matter how direly they wish to lose weight. What's needed is a product that is natural, that is without any FDA approved additives. The product must supply many of the essentials that our body needs, and the product needs to remove from your body the harmful residuals that other weight loss preparations may have left in your body.
