Are green coffee capsules a fraud?

Green coffee is a natural and safe appetite suppressor which will make you feel fuller after meals and not hungry between meals. Since you'll also feel very focused mentally and full of energy physically you will need to make a mental effort to not forget to eat!

The good thing about the green coffee extract is that it burns the fat where it is most stubborn.
